As a former collegiate football player and team captain at the University of Illinois, I understand discipline, structure, and what it takes to perform at a high level. I bring that same energy, accountability, and strategic mindset into every program I design.
I’m a certified trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), combining science-based training principles with real-world athletic experience to create programs that are effective, sustainable, and results-driven.

Vontay has helped me get on track all the way in Chicago! I am very familiar with exercise and making good dietary choices, but I fell off due to grief and the demands of adulting. I reached out to Vontay mostly to vent with an old friend about my struggles with getting back active/in shape.
